Return Policy

1. Return Window

At Jamal Medicos and General Store, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

Important: Prescription medicines and opened personal care items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. Eligible Products for Return

  • Unopened over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
  • Unopened supplements and vitamins
  • Unopened medical devices
  • Unopened baby care products
  • Unopened health and wellness products
  • Damaged or defective items (regardless of seal)
  • Wrong items delivered

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription medications
  • Opened or used products (except if defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)
  • Perishable items past their return window
  • Gift cards or vouchers

4. How to Return a Product

📞 Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery:

📝 Step 2: Provide Order Information

Have the following ready:

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

✅ Step 3: Get Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

📦 Step 4: Pack the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

🚚 Step 5: Schedule Pickup

Our courier partner will collect the package from your address. No need to visit our store.

5. Return Shipping

FREE
Our Fault: If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered, we cover all return shipping costs.
PAID
Your Request: If you changed your mind or ordered wrong, return shipping charges (Rs. 150-250) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once inspection is complete
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • If rejected, you'll be notified with the reason

7. Exchange Option

Instead of a return, you can exchange the product for:

  • Same product (different size/variant)
  • Different product of equal or higher value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
  • Do NOT use or open the product
  • Take clear photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange immediate pickup and replacement
  • Priority processing within 24 hours

Health & Safety Note: As per Pakistan's pharmaceutical regulations, prescription medicines and opened personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
