1. Refund Eligibility

At Jamal Medicos and General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Products that are damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Products that do not match the description on our website
  • Unopened products within 7 days of delivery (excluding prescription medicines)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refund:

  • Prescription medications (once opened or unsealed)
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Medical devices that have been opened or used
  • Baby food and formula (unless defective or expired)

3. Refund Process

Step 2: Provide Details

Share your order number, product details, and reason for refund. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Step 3: Return the Product

Once approved, return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Our courier will collect the item from your address.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to your card within 7-14 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to your bank account within 7-10 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant credit to your Jamal Medicos and General Store account for future purchases
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa)

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or damage by customer
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days but within 30 days

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.
